חברת י.ח דמרי, ביחד עם החברות משהב ומבני אופיר, החלה בהקמת ובשיווק פרויקט פינוי-בינוי ברחוב ערבי נחל, בגבול שבין תל אביב לגבעתיים. הפרויקט, המשותף לחברות, יכלול 288 דירות ב-2 מגדלים שיבנו במקומן של 72 דירות המיועדות להריסה. המגדלים בני 31 קומות, יכללו דירות 5-4 חדרים מיני-פנטהאוזים ופנטהאוזים
